慢性收缩性心力衰竭的药物治疗

摘要 心力衰竭（心衰）是一种复杂的临床症状群，是各种心脏病的严重阶段，其发病率高，5年存活率与恶性肿瘤相仿．已成为主要的公共卫生问题。对慢性心衰分阶段治疗的策略有利于防治慢性心衰的发生、发展，策略包括前心衰阶段（阶段A）、前临床心衰阶段（阶段B）、临床心衰阶段（阶段C）和难治性终末期心衰阶段（阶段D）。
