摘要
作为铂族金属重要的二次资源,失效汽车尾气净化催化剂的回收利用引起了世界各国的高度重视。由于原料中贵金属含量过低导致其回收难度大,如何将其中有价金属有效富集决定了回收工艺的回收效率。采用碱式焙烧-酸溶工艺对原料进行溶解富集试验研究,得出焙烧-酸溶富集有价金属的最佳工艺条件为:碱/料比0.8,温度800℃,焙烧时间2 h;经焙烧-酸溶处理后催化剂总失重90.0%,富集渣贵金属含量达到1.42%,富集效果理想。
It has been paid highly attention to the recycling of purifying catalyst of losing efficacy automobile exhaust, which is an important secondary resource for the platinum group metals. It is difficult to recycle because the low content of the noble metal in the raw materials, How to effectively enrich its valuable metals decides the recovery efficiency of every recycling process. Here, the process of alkalized roasting and acid leaching has been studied and the optimum conditions as follows: the ratio of alkali to material is 0.8, roasting temperature is 800℃, roasting time is 2 hrs. We have got the enriched slags which weightlessness rate is 90.0% and the noble metals content is 1.42% through the process.
