摘要
目的探讨老年胃癌患者的手术治疗情况。方法回顾性分析218例老年胃癌患者的手术治疗资料。结果 218例患者中,术后发生并发症共59例次,以心力衰竭、肺部感染、吻合口漏为常见。因并发症死亡者共9例,死亡原因分别为心力衰竭、肺部感染、吻合口漏。手术前有合并疾病的197例患者的术后并发症的发生率高于手术前无合并疾病的21例患者(P<0.05)。结论老年胃癌患者合并内科疾病者较多,对麻醉、手术的耐受性较差,手术并发症多,选择合适的手术方式非常重要。
Objective To study the surgery information of elderly patients with gastric cancer. Methods The surgery information data of 218 elderly patients with gastric cancer were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 218 cases, the surgery complications were observed in the 59 cases, the main complications were heart failure, pulmonary infection, anastomotic leakage. The 9 cases died of complications （ heart failure, pulmonary infection, anastomotic leakage）. The incidence of complications of 197 patients with medical illness was higher than that of the 21 patients without medical illness （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Most of the elderly patients with gastric cancer combine medical illness, have the poor tolerance of anesthesia and surgery, and the surgerycomplications are common, so selecting the appropriate surgery method is very important.
