摘要
本文根据新时期广西电力企业技能型人才的需求和发展趋势,针对电力职业院校在培养高端技能型人才方面所面临的困境,结合广西电力职业技术学院运用现代信息技术,建设基于虚拟技术的"校中厂"实训基地的做法和成效,探索了电力高职实训基地建设路径,改革创新了电力高职实训教学模式,对虚拟化实训基地建设与实践过程中的有关问题作了分析。
According to the needs of skilled personnel and development trends of Guangxi electricity enterprises in new era and facing new dilemma of electric power higher vacational college in developing high-end skilled personnel,this article explored ideas of training base construction and innovate training teaching mode in electric power institute.This article,combining with the practices and effectiveness of Guangxi Electric Power Vocational Institute in the use of modern virtual technology and construction virtual technology digital 'Factory in School' training base,analysed the problem during virtual training base construction and practice.
