摘要
试验以强盛16号玉米单交种及相应亲本自交系和20对玉米SSR位点引物为材料,筛选出了适合该杂交种纯度鉴定的SSR位点引物。结果表明,bnlg2331引物的扩增产物呈现双亲互补的特征谱带,易于区分杂交种和亲本自交系。并通过对单籽粒DNA提取等技术环节的改进,建立了一套简单、快速、准确、可靠的种子纯度鉴定方法。
In this study, 20 SSR primer pairs were screened to search for the SSR loci that were suitable for testing the purity of maize hybrid Qiangsheng 16, which lacked a reliable laboratory method for purity testing. The results were as follows: a polymorphic SSR loci bnlg2331 was found that could be applied to test the purity of this hybrid. A procedure featuring inexpensive equipment and easy use were set up for testing maize hybrid purity using SSR marker.
