摘要
目的探讨血压计袖带保护膜对监测血压的保护效果和对医院感染防控的影响。方法通过查看定期血压计袖带细菌监测记录、医院感染质量考核结果、设备清洗与消毒登记本,患者及医护人员的满意度调查等方法,对比分析2009年1月～2010年12月使用血压计袖带保护膜前后的效果,研究袖带保护膜的防护和对医院内感染防控作用。结果应用袖带保护膜对血压测量准确度无影响(P>0.05),并能明显减少血压计袖带的拆洗次数和袖带细菌菌落数(P<0.05),医务人员的满意度、袖带的清洁度等医院感染监控考核指标,均明显好于未应用袖带保护膜的传统方法(P<0.05)。结论通过使用血压计袖带保护膜实现了保护性血压监测,能有效地减少血压计袖带被污染的机会,降低交叉感染率;是减少医务人员职业暴露的防护手段之一,对促进和加强医院感染监控工作起到了积极作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of the protective film of a blood pressure cuff on blood pressure monitoring and hospital in- fection prevention. Methods The effects of the protective film on hospital infection prevention before and after using it betwecn Jan. 2009 and Dec. 2010 were compared by analyzing the monitoring records of blood pressure cuff bacteria,the quality evaluation of hospital infection prevention, the cleaning and disinfectant records of the sphygmomanometer and the results of the questionnaires on the patients＇ and medical workers＇ satisfaction. Results The accuracy of blood pressure determination showed no significant difference between before and after using the protective film（P 〉0. 05） ,and decreased evidently the frequency of unpicking and washing the cuff and the cuff bacteria （P 〈0. 05）. The medical workers＇ and patients＇ satisfaction and the quality evaluation of hospital infection prevention were all better with using the pro- tective film than without using,which showed a significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The protective idea of a blood pressure cuff decreases the chances of its being contaminated and the cross infection rate, is one of the means of the medical workers＇ protecting them-selves from occupational exposure and has a special significance in preventing hospital infection.
