摘要
抓盘是某沐浴机按摩洗浴执行机构,为保证功能可靠和安全性,在SolidWorks中实现了抓盘结构设计与分析验证。根据功能需求,采用自上而下的思想,通过布局草图设计零件模型,零件间能全自动约束关联;为检验抓盘运动关系可行性,利用COSMOSMotion插件进行了装配干涉检查和运动分析,获得抓盘力和力矩载荷,再利用COSMOSWorks分析抓盘结构应力和应变,并在可靠和安全性的基础上,以质量最轻为目标进行结构优化设计。这种基于SolidWorks的建模、分析验证和优化提高了简单产品的设计效率,为机械产品设计与分析提供了一种可行的简便方法。
Claw plate is a massage executing mechanism of certain bathing machine,which structural design,analysis,and validation were accomplished for ensuring its reliable functions and security in SolidWorks.According to functional requirements,top-down idea was adopted for part model design with layout of draft,and one part could automatically associate with another by constraints.Interference inspection and motion analysis with plugin of COSMOSMotion were used for examining feasibility of motion among parts of claw plate.Then,force and torque were gotten from motion analysis.Moreover,stress and strain were analyzed with COSMOSWorks.On the basis of reliability and security,structural optimum was designed with aiming at the least mass.The method based SolidWorks in modeling,analysis,estimation and optimum,improves design efficiency,which provides a feasible conventional means for design and analysis of machine product.
