摘要
以Fe2+、Fe3+、羧基化葡聚糖(CMD)为原料,采用共沉淀法,一步合成了CMD-Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子,并对其进行表征。用EDC和NHS将纳米粒子表面的羧基活化,再进一步与标记有荧光基团的anti-E.coli结合,合成了表面结有大肠杆菌O157∶H7抗体的新型免疫磁珠anti-E.coli-CMD-Fe3O4,可以用于分离大肠杆菌O157∶H7。
CMD-Fe304 magnetic nanoparticle was synthesized using chemical coprecipitafion method with the raw materials Fe2+, Fe3+ and carboxymethyl dextran (CMD). After being activated by EDC and NHS, the nanoparticle reacted with anti-E, coli O157: H7-FITC to synthesize a new immunomagnetic nan- oparficle to detect and separate the E. coli O157: H7.
