摘要
设计了一种用于轮胎制造行业中的单螺杆挤出机设备用齿轮箱,并对其工作原理进行了阐述。为将动力电机与齿轮箱组装紧凑,所述的法兰型单螺杆挤出机齿轮箱其创新之处在于齿轮箱与动力电机的安装通过法兰盘连接,电机动力通过一种特制的花键联轴器传递至齿轮箱输入轴,从而使动力电机与齿轮箱合二为一,节省了安装电机的底座及缩小了整个设备的占用空间,同时省略了安装电机时找正的工序。
A single screw extruder gearbox for tire-manufacturing industry is designed.Its working principles is expounded.For the compact assembly of the motor and gear box,the innovation of the flange-type single screw extruder gearbox is that the gear box and motor are mounted through the flange plate connecting.The motor power is transmitted to the input shaft of the gear box through a special spline coupling,thus the motor and gear box work as a whole.In this way,the installation of the motor base is canceled and the occupied space of the equipment is reduced.At the same time,the process of aligning the centerline will be omitted when the motor is installed.
