摘要
基于实验以及ADAMS软件仿真,研究了磁性液体阻尼器的阻尼力变化情况,分析了影响阻尼力大小的各个因素。通过3组对比实验,分别分析了磁场方向与磁感应强度,活塞通道的间隙与长度,以及磁性液体的流动模式对阻尼力的影响。提出了各影响因素对阻尼力大小的作用规律,可为磁性液体阻尼器的设计和控制策略的确定提供理论参考。
Based on experiments and ADAMS simulation, it analyzes the damping force variation of magnetic liquid damper and some factors of the force. Comparing three groups of experiments, it discusses the direction of the magnetic field and magnetic induction impact on the size of the damping force, studies the clearance and length of piston passageway and flow model of magnetic liquid respectively, presents the law of these factors effecting on the force. It shows the detail about the experiment foundation and reference for design of magnet- ic liquid damper, control strategy.
