摘要
目的 研究电灼伤患者的血栓前状态。方法 检测２６例电灼伤患者血浆中血小板Ｐ－选择素、内皮素（ＥＴ－ １）、抗凝血酶Ⅲ活性（ＡＴⅢ：Ａ）和凝血因子 Ⅱ、 Ⅴ、 Ⅷ、 Ⅸ促凝活性，并加以分析。 结果 在电灼伤早期，Ｐ－选择素和ＥＴ－１显著增高；ＡＴⅢ：Ａ先下降，然后在１周时恢复至正常水平；凝血因子Ⅱ、Ⅴ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ促凝活性变化不明显，但１周后可有不同程度的降低。结论 电灼伤激活了血小板和凝血因子，致使病人处于血栓前状态，或局部有血栓形成。
Objective To study the prethrombotic state in the patients of electric burn injury. Methods The plasma levels of platelet P -- selectin, endothelin-- 1 (ET-- 1), antithrombin Ⅲ activiny(ATⅢ:A), as well as a series of coagulating factors, including factor Ⅱ，Ⅴ，Ⅷ and Ⅸ activity were measured in twenty-- six patients of electric burn injury. Results Both P-- selectin and ET -- 1 increased significantly in the early phase of electric burn injury (P<0.01), while AT -- Ⅲ:A decreased and factor Ⅱ, Ⅴ，Ⅷ and Ⅸ activity were not altered. However, after one week, AT -- Ⅲ: A returned to normal, and the other coagulating factors some what decreased. Conclusion There exist activation of platelets and coagulating procedures, resulting in a prethrombotic state and local thrombosis formation in the patients of electric burn injury.
