摘要
目的 观察腭裂形成过程及腭突正常发育中的形态发生、组织学变化。方法 16只妊娠 10天的C5 7BL/ 6N系小鼠随机分为实验组 (管饲维甲酸 80mg/kg)、对照组 (管饲等体积植物油 ) ,于GD1314 ,(13d14h略写为 1314 以下类同 ) ,GD132 2 ,GD148,GD1414 ,GD142 2 ,GD15 8,GD15 2 2 ,GD16 8剖腹取胚鼠头部标本分别做扫描电镜及HE染色。结果 实验组胚鼠腭突上抬延迟 ,腭突发育瘦小 ,两侧腭突不能在中线处接触融合。结论 维甲酸能够影响胚鼠发育中腭突腭间充质细胞增殖 ,导致日后骨量发育不足 。
Objective To observe the change of the morphogenetics and histolagical Changes during development of cleft palate and normal palate.Methods 16 pregnant mice were devided into experimental group and control group randomly. The experimental group was dosed retinoic acid (RA) dissolved in vegetable oil.The control group was only dosed vegetable oil. The experinental mice were killed at GD13 14 ,GD13 22 ,GD14 8,GD14 14 ,GD14 22 ,GD15 8,GD15 22 ,GD16 8 respectively.The head of embryonic mice were prepared for Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and HE stain.Results In treated group mice,the lift of palate shelves was delayed and small palate shelves developed.Two side palates failed to fuse with each other.Conclusion RA affects the proliferation of the embryonic palate mesenchyme cells.This results in insufficient development of palatal shelves and leads to cleft palate.
