摘要
根据加工纸原纸普遍存在不太适应加工纸生产的问题,本文针对原纸损耗率较高的现象,就各类原纸需要具有的运行性能(Runnabnity)这一概念予以介绍,并分析了现有中小型纸机生产加工纸原纸普遍存在的一些缺陷,以及解决这些缺陷的建议。
Each of base paper grades has its own special features and specifications, however, there is something in common. This article deals with the general character among various grades of base paper, and examines the concept of runnability required of them in view of a relative high reject rate in the course of converting. Some of the defects generally found in the existing medium and small converting paper machines regarding both production process and mechanical units arc also analyzed , and relevant solutions suggested.
