摘要
1964～1987年我院收治23例跟腱断裂。男17例,女6例。平均年龄39岁。开放性跟腱断裂16例,闭合性7例。手术治疗22例。文中讨论了诊断和治疗问题。
Twenty-three cases of rupture of the Achilles tendon were treated in the period from 1964 to 1987. Seventeen cases were in males and six were in females. The age range was from 15 to 60 years; the average age was 39 years. Sixteen cases were of open injury to the tendon; the other seven were cases of closed injury.
