摘要
选取2008年汶川地震中各市县的死亡人数、受伤人数、房屋破坏面积等多项指标,首先利用变异系数法建立各指标的权向量,然后构造相对最小模糊矩阵,对受灾县市灾情评估进行综合评价,最后利用模糊C均值聚类方法对受灾程度进行分类。
Those indices including the number of death, injury and destroyed houses are used to evaluate the wenchuan earthquake degree. First, establish weight vectors of indices by means of variation coefficient method, then construct relative minimum fuzzy matrix to evaluate comprehensively the affected counties disaster. Finally, fuzzy c-means clustering method is adopted to classify these affected counties.
