单、双极微创电切术治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析比较单、双极微创电切术在良性前列腺增生症治疗中的临床特点.方法:收集近期在我院泌尿外科行微创电切手术良性前列腺增生症病例151例,其中单极组72例,双极组79例,比较两组住院时间、并发症等指标.结果:两组手术均顺利完成,双极组术中出血量、住院时间及导尿管留置时间分别为353.8±65.1min、4.2±1.6d和3.5±0.9d,显著低于对照组(P<0.05);双极组术中包膜穿孔发生、尿道狭窄等并发症总发生率为5.1%(6/79),显著低于单极组的13.9%(10/72).结论:单、双极微创电切术在良性前列腺增生治疗中临床疗效均较好,但双极电切术术后恢复快,并发症少.
