摘要
目的：观察按摩联合中药内服与针刺联合中药内服治疗面神经麻痹疗效比较.方法：将确诊的120例面神经麻痹患者,随机分为按摩联合中药内服组与针刺联合中药内服组,每组各60例.结果：按摩联合中药组总有效率96.6%,针刺联合中药组总有效率86.6%.按摩联合中药组疗效优于针刺联合中药组（P＜0.05）,具有统计学意义.结论：按摩联合中药内服较针刺联合中药内服疗效显著,特别是远期疗效更为明显,且具有操作方便,患者易于接受等优点.
Objective：To observe the massage combined with Chinese medicine and acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine treat- ment of facial nerve paralysis curative effect comparison. Methods; 120 patients with facial nerve paralysis patients, randomly divided into massage combined with Chinese herbs and acupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine group, 60 cases in each group. Result： massage combined with Chinese traditional medicine group,the total efficiency of 96.6% ,of acupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine group,the total ef- ficiency of 86.6%. Massage combined with Chinese traditional medicine group is better than that of Acupuncture Combined Chinese medicine group （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion： massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture and Chinese medicine with obvious curative effect, especially long--term effect more obvious, and has the advantages of convenient operation, and easy for patients to accept the advantages.
