肝硬化患者血清脂联素水平检测及意义探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察肝硬化(liver cirrhosis,LC)患者血清脂联素水平,探讨其与相关因素的关系。方法选择82例LC患者,依据Child-Pugh评分分为A级、B级和C级三组。检测血清脂联素、血清转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)、血液中型前胶原(PC-Ⅲ)、层粘蛋白(LN)、Ⅳ型胶原(C-Ⅳ)及透明质酸(HA)水平,并以30例健康体检者为正常对照组。结果各研究组血清脂联素、TGF-β1、PC、LN、C-Ⅳ、HA水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),并与Ch ild-Pugh分级相关;血清脂联素与TGF-β1、PC-Ⅲ、LN、C-Ⅳ、HA、TBIL呈正相关(P<0.05),与ALb呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论肝硬化患者血清脂联素浓度明显升高,可能参与了肝硬化的发生和发展,并能反映肝脏功能储备功能。 Objective To observe the serum levels of adiponectin in patient with liver cirrhosis and discuss the association between it and some related factors. Methods Total of 82 patients with liver cir- rhosis were matched with 30 healthy controls and classified to A, B and C three groups according to Child-- Pugh.The serum of adiponectin, transforming growth factorgl (TGF-β1 ), procollagen(PC-Ⅲ ), laminin(LN), collagen-- IV (C- IV) and hyaluronic acid. Results The serum levels of adiponectin, TGF-β1 , PC- Ⅲ, LN, C- IV, HA in researched groups was higher than the controls (P 〈 0.05) and ifs related to Child--Pugh. The serum levels of adiponectin was significantly positive correlation with TGF-1, PC-Ⅲ, LN, C- IV, HA, TBIL (P 〈 0.05). However, it was negative correlation with Alb. Conclusions The serum levels of adiponectin in patients with LC was increased apparently. It may participate the generating process of liver cirrhosis and reflect the reserved function of liver.
