摘要
基于DEA方法,本文从边际集聚效应和边际集聚成本角度解释了集聚效率,运用1999-2008年中国省级面板数据测算区域集聚效率,并运用动态面板模型对影响集聚效率的相关因素进行了回归分析。研究表明:东部地区的集聚效率经历了先升后降再上升的变化过程,中部地区的平均集聚效率在逐步提高,西部地区的平均集聚效率在逐步减小;上一期的区域集聚效率水平、区域基础设施水平、区域对外开放水平和创新能力对提升区域集聚效率具有显著促进作用,固定资产投资阻碍了区域集聚效率水平的提升,政府财政支出和区域产业结构变化对集聚效率影响均不显著。
Based on DEA method, from the marginal agglomeration effects and marginal agglomeration cost perspective this paper explains the meaning of agglomeration efficiency and calculates regional agglomeration efficiency, and then uses the dynamic panel data model to analyze the factors that affect the agglomeration efficiency. The results show that agglomeration efficiency of eastern region has experienced change of rise, decrease and rise, the middle regions maintain a rising trend, and the west regions tend to be gradually decreasing; factors of former agglomeration efficiency, infrastructure, opening up and innovation level can improve region agglomeration efficiency significantly, factor of investment in fixed asset hampers the agglomeration efficiency, and factors of government spending and industrial structure have insignificant effects.
