摘要
该文结合海河流域再生水的利用现状,分析了再生水利用的优势,提出了再生水作为城市的第二水源的必然性。
This paper is combin with the present situation of recycled water utilization in Haihe River Basin, analying the advantage of reclaimed water reuse, concluding that the recycled water as the second source of the city＇s water would be inevitable.
