摘要
无源核子料位计可实现对火电厂输灰系统灰斗与仓泵的非接触连续可靠测量。结合SUN系列无源核子料位计在华能淮阴电厂的实际使用情况,分析了料位计对输灰系统输灰效率的影响及优化输灰系统料位控制逻辑带来的实际经济效益。
Passive nuclear material level meter can realize the non-contact continuous and reliable measurement of ash hopper and silo-pump of ash conveying system in thermal power plant. In combination with the actual application of SUN-series passive nuclear material level meter in Huaneng Huaiyin Power Plant, this paper analyzes the impact of material level meter on the ash conveying efficiency of the ash transportation system, as well as the actual economic benefits brought by the optimized material level control logic.
