摘要
目的分析手足口病并发中枢神经系统损害的临床特点,探索该病的早期识别、治疗及预后。方法对2011年4月至2011年8月住我院治疗的44例并发中枢神经系统损害的手足口病病例进行回顾性分析。结果 44例患儿均有发热、皮疹,部分伴有易惊、四肢抖动、嗜睡、呕吐、惊厥;治愈43例,死亡1例。结论手足口病并发中枢神经系统损害多发生在3岁以下小儿,四肢抖动及易惊是重症的早期表现,早期识别和治疗是救治成功的关键。
Objective To analyze the clinical features with central nervous system injury caused by hand-foot-mouth disease （HFMD）, and to explore its diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. Methods Forty-four eases of HFMD with nervous system injury were treated from April 2011 to August 2011 in our hospital by using retrospective analysis method. Results Forty-four cases in children had fever,rash, part of whom with liability to panic, limbs shake, hypersomnia, vomiting, convulsions. 43 cases were cured, while 1 died. Conclusion Central nervous system injury caused by HFMD is most frequently observed in children below the age of three. Irriation and limb tremor are the obvious manifestations. Early diagnosis and treatment are essential to successful remedy.
