摘要
高校中间试验工作承担着技术风险和市场风险 ,具有横垮科研与生产两大领域的特点。文章分析了中间试验在高等学校科技活动中的意义、性质、作用、功能、任务等一系列原则问题 ,提出了自己的看法 ,探讨了高等学校开展中间试验工作的有效途径 。
The essay elaborates that the intermediate experiment which links up with the scientific research and production,bears the responsibility for both the technology and the market risks.It presents some views on the significance,nature, role, function and task of the Intermediate Experiment in the Institutions of Higher Learning.It also explores the effective ways of carrying out this research activity and analyses the problem comprehensively.Finally,it provides the relevant strategies.
