结合邢衡高速公路LJSG-09标实际施工,详细论述首件工程在项目成本控制中的作用。在公路施工中,通过首件工程的施工,确定最佳的施工方案、人员及设备的合理配置,优化配合比,可以将项目实施过程中的成本控制在最佳的状态。
According to the construction of LJSG-09 Section of Xingtai to Hengshui Expressway, this paper discusses the effect of first part engineering in project cost control. In the highway construction, through the con- struction of first part engineering, the best construction scheme can be determined, the personnel and equipment can be rationally allocated and the mix ratio can be optimized, which can control the cost during project construc- tion into best status.
