摘要
利用微波辅助技术提取竹叶多糖。在单因素试验的基础上,运用响应面分析法,研究液固比、提取时间、提取温度对竹叶多糖提取率的影响,建立多糖提取得率的二次回归方程,并确定了竹叶多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:微波功率为600 W,微波提取温度124℃,提取时间44 min,液固比41:1,采用该工艺条件,提取1次,竹叶多糖的提取率达到0.45%。而理论预测多糖得率是0.456%,实际得率达到理论预测值的98.68%。
The extraction of polysaccharides from Neosinocalamus affinins was studied in this paper. Ac- cording to the single factor experiment, three levels of the factors (extraction temperature, time and the ratio of liquid-to-solid) were selected for the Box-Behnken factorial design to establish a quadric regression equation for describing the yield of polysaccharides. By response surface analysis, the optimal extraction conditions were obtained as follows: extraction power of 600 W, extraction temperature of 124~C, extraction time of 44 min and liquid-to-solid ratio of 41:1, under which the experimental yield (0.45%) of polysaccharides accounts for 98.68% of the theoretically predicted value of 0.456% with one-time extraction.
