单叶省藤藤茎形态及解剖特征研究 被引量:1

摘要 以单叶省藤为研究对象,系统分析了藤茎形态、微观构造和纤维形态特征及其变异。结果表明,单叶省藤节间长平均为17~18 cm,直径平均为11~12 mm,节间长度和直径的轴向变异均为先增加后减小的趋势。纤维维管束属于双韧型,在横切面,靠近藤皮的维管束小而密集,内部的则大而稀疏。纤维长度和长宽比的径向变异和轴向变异均为逐渐增加。纤维宽度和腔径的径向变异为由内向外先增加后减小,纤维宽度的轴向变异为先增加后减小,腔径的轴向变异为从基部向上逐渐增加,在藤茎梢部达到最大值。纤维壁厚和壁腔比的径向变异和轴向变异均为逐渐减小。 The rattan form and its anatomy characteristics of the Calamus simplicifolius Wei were studied.. The results show that average rattan stem length is 17-18 cm, and average diameter is 11-12 mm. The axial varia- tion patterns of stem length and diameter increased at first and then decreased. Fiber vascular bundles belong to double toughening type. In cross-section, vascular bundles close to the rattan bark are small and dense, while vas- cular bundles internal are big and sparse. The radial and axial variation patterns of fiber length and the ratio of fiber length to width both increased gradually. The radial variation pattems of fiber width and lumen diameter in- creased at first and then decreased from inside to outside. The axial variation pattern of fiber width is increased at first and then decreased, while the axial variation pattem of lumen diameter increased from the base until reaching the maximum at the taper. The radial and axial variation patterns of fiber wall thickness and the ratio of wall thickness to lumen diameter gradually decreased.
