应用表面入射剂量值选择最佳曝光参数

Application of Entrance Surface Dose in Selecting Optimal Exposure Parameters

摘要 目的在合理使用低剂量X线检查原则下,采用人体表面X线入射剂量值选择最佳曝光参数。方法采用3岁男婴尸体头部,取入射值在141~473μGy范围内的鼻咽部侧位不同曝光参数进行投照试验,由5名观察者采用盲法评估高、低对比分辨率测试结果和临床投照影像。结果曝光参数220~230μGy(100 mA选择,54~55 kV,30 ms)为幼儿鼻咽部侧位最佳曝光参数。结论采用表面入射剂量值选择曝光参数具有取值简易精确、节省曝光剂量、提高影像质量和有利防护等优越性。 Objective To determine the optimal exposure parameter under the guidance of "As low as reasonably achievable" (ALARA) principle. Methods The radiographical experiment was conducted on the lateral nasopharynx of a skull (male, 3 years old) with the entrance surface dose (ESD) ranged from 141-473 μGy at different exposure parameters. A blind trial was performed where five observers evaluated the test results and the clinic radiograms with either high or low resolutions. Results The study demonstrated that the optimal exposure parameters were 220-230μGy (100 mA selected, 54-55 kV;30 ms). Conclusion Selecting exposure parameters by ESD has advantages in easy and precise selecting, exposure dose saving, image quality improving and radiation preventing.
