摘要
目的观察复方丹参注射液治疗早发型重度子痫前期患者的临床效果。方法将120例重度子痫前期患者随机平均分为两组,对照组予常规综合治疗,观察组加用复方丹参,比较两组在治疗前后平均动脉压、24 h尿量、尿蛋白,血脂、纤溶指标,脐动脉S/D比值,羊水指数,胎盘重量,新生儿体质量,1 min Apgar评分的差异。结果观察组治疗后各项指标改善程度均优于对照组。结论复方丹参注射液有助于改善早发型重度子痫前期患者机体高凝状态,保护母体重要器管,改善新生儿预后,可作为期待治疗有效药物之一应用于临床。
Objective： To observe the effect of Compound Danshen Injection on early onset severe preeclampsia. Methods： Cases were divided randomly into the control group with the routine therapies and the treatment group with the Compound Dartshen Injection beside the routine treatments. There were some indicators being compared in 2 groups including the mean arterial pressure, the 24h urine volume and so on. Results： These indices in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group. Conclusion： Compound Danshen Injection can im- prove the hypercoagulability in patients ,protect the organs in maternals and ameliorate the prognosis in infants.
