摘要
知识创新不是简单的新知识的增加,知识创新应该能够直接或者间接运用于人类生产实践并产生经济效益。根据创新的主体类型和创新的时间效果,划分四种典型的创新模式:个人即兴创新、个人长期创新、多人即兴创新、多人长期创新。其中,多人长期创新是现代企业中主要的创新模式。知识创新过程包括以下具体行为:人脑的思维、对知识的获取和学习、创新人员之间相互交流。在创新目标、创新的组织形式和管理水平、创新面临的实践要素、参与创新的人脑、创新的知识基础、时间等六个因素的综合作用下知识创新展现其过程性、复杂性与系统性。
Knowledge innovation does not mean the simple addition of new knowledge, and it should make itself directly and indirectly apply into the human practice and produce economic output. According to the body type and time effective- ness of innovation, four typical innovation modes come into being: personnel improvisational innovation, personnel long - time innovation, multi - personnel improvisational innovation, and multi - personnel long - time innovation. Among them the long - time innovation consisted of multi - personnel becomes the main innovation mode. The knowledge innovation process includes: thinking of brains, acquirement and learning of knowledge, and exchange among innovators. By the integrative effect of innovation goal, organization form and management level of innovation, the practical factors facing in- novation, brains dealing with innovation, knowledge base of innovation, and time, knowledge innovation shows its proce- dure, complexity and system.
