摘要
多年来,合并器质性心脏病室性心律失常的治疗一直是心血管疾病领域面临的重大挑战。传统抗心律失常药物潜在的心脏抑制作用及脏器毒性作用限制了其长期应用。因此仅在室性心律失常已发生后再进行干预的下游治疗是远远不够的.还必须对心律失常形成的基质进行干预.即上游性治疗。室性心律失常发生的基质是局部心肌存在氧化应激、
