摘要
利用STAR-CCM+软件对某轿车排气背压进行了模拟预测,获取了全速全负荷下的催化器和消声器及其管路的背压;通过发动机台架验证了仿真分析的有效性;通过优化排气结构进一步降低排气背压,对比分析了优化前后排气背压对发动机动力和经济性能的影响。试验结果表明,降低排气背压使发动机额定工况点功率提升约15%,并且燃油消耗率也有一定改善。研究结果对排气系统的设计具有一定的指导意义。
Exhaust hack-pressure of the catalytic converter, muffler and pipes of a car at rated power was got by using STAR-CCM+ software to simulate and forecast. The valid result of numerical simulation was confirmed by engine bed test. The hack-pressure was further reduced based on exhaust stnlcture optimization. The influence on engine power and fuel consumption was conduct. The result shows that the engine power was raised about 15% at rated power and the fuel consumption was improved. The study result can help the exhaust system design.
