摘要
目的观察脊柱侧弯后路矫形术中眼内压(IOP)的变化情况。方法选择ASAⅠ或Ⅱ级脊柱侧弯患者20例,全身麻醉后使用笔式眼压计分别于全麻后平卧位10min(T1)、俯卧位10min(T2)、俯卧位30min(T3)、手术结束前10min(T4)、手术后恢复平卧位10min(T5)。手术结束后30min(T6)测量IOP,同时观察各时点MAP、HR、PETCO2、CVP的变化。结果术中各时点MAP、HR、PETCO2、CVP差异无统计学意义。与T1时比较,T2~T5时IOP明显升高(P<0.05);与T2和T5时比较,T3、T4时IOP明显升高(P<0.05)。结论患者IOP在俯卧位后逐渐升高,并且维持较高压力至手术结束前,恢复平卧位后IOP逐渐降低至术前水平。
Objective To observe the variations in intraocular pressures (IOP) in posterior correction of scoliosis surgery. Methods Twenty patients (ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ ) were underwent posterior correction of scoliosis surgery, IOP were detected by Tono Pen XL Tonometer 10 minutes later on supine position before the operation (T1), 10 rain(T2 ),30 min(T3 ) after prone position, 10 minutes before end of operation on prone position (T4), after the operation 10 min(T5 ), 30 min(T6 ) later on supine position. MAP, HR, PFT CO2. and CVP were observed at the time points as well. Results There were no differences in MAP, HR, PETCO2 ,CVP at each time point. The IOP were increased significantly at T2- T5 compared with IOP at T1 (P〈 0.05). The IOP were increased significantly at T3, T4 compared with IOP at T2, T5 (P〈0.05). Conclusion The IOP increases gradually from the point when the patient is put on prone position and maintain a high pressure to the end of operation, decreases hack to the preoperative level when the patient is put on supine position after the operation.
