摘要
高真空击密法解决了强夯法在加固淤泥质土地基时常会出现的"橡皮土"现象,并依托软基处理实体工程,对高真空击密法的加固效果分析进行了现场监测、室内试验、原位试验和静力触探测试。现场监测结果表明:高真空击密法能够有效地控制地表沉降、加快超静孔隙水压力消散和土体的固结,地表沉降在22天后趋于稳定,超静孔隙水压力的消散仅需15天左右;室内和原位试验表明:土体的各项物理学指标都得到了加强,土体抗剪强度的提高幅度在31%~177%之间;静力触探测试结果表明:处理后的浅层淤泥质粉土和下部粉土的锥尖阻力比处理前分别提高了12倍和2.7倍。
The "rubber soil" phenomena due to dynamic compaction was solved by the high vacuum densification method. Based on the practical engineering of soft soil ground treatment, the field monitoring, in-situ test, laboratory test and static penetration test were conducted to analyze the reinforcement effect of high vacuum densification method. The results from the site monitoring showed that the high vacuum densification method is able to control the surface settlement effectively, and to accelerate the dissipate of excess pore water pressure and consolidation of subsoil; the surface settlement tends to be stable in 22 days and the dissipate of excess pore water pressure only needs 15 days. The results of laboratory and in-situ tests indicated that each of the physical and mechanical indicators of soil has been strengthened and the increasing magnitude of soil shear strength has been increased by 31%-177%. The static penetration test showed that the tip resistances of post-treatment shallow mucky silt and lower silt were increased by 12 and 2.7 times than those of the pre-treatment, respectively.
