摘要
简要评述了国内外建筑抗震鉴定与加固的管理规定,剖析了我国现行规范和规程中有关设防目标、评估方法、加固技术措施等关键问题,针对结构设防目标、剩余寿命、加固方法等重要概念提出了意见,以期保证建筑结构安全,减少人民财产损失。
The study briefly illustrates the management and regulation of the architectural seismic evaluation and the consolidation at home and abroad, analyzes some key problems in the current regulation and rules in China, including the relative seismic aims, the evaluation methods, and the consolidation technical measures, and points out the opinions on the important concepts, such as the structural seismic aims, the residual life, and the consolidation methods, so as to ensure the architectural structural safety and reduce the property losses of the mass.
