摘要 针对传统电压稳定分析主要依据稳态代数方程理论的特点,提出了一种基于信号能量综合指数(Signal Energy Aggregate Index,SEAI)的电压稳定分析方法。它首先利用PSSE的动态仿真功能得到电网电压幅值的信息,在信号能量法的基础上再利用分时段的信号能量谱计算出了各时段的信号能量信息,以此构造了一种信号能量综合指数判据确定电网中电压稳定薄弱节点。最后利用传统电压分析理论如戴维南等值法以及山东电网2010年冬的运行方式数据验证了所提方法的有效性,它为电网的运行与规划提供了有益的参考。 According to the characteristics that the traditional voltage stability analysis is mainly concentrated on static analysis, a method based on the signal energy aggregate index of the voltage stability analysis is proposed. Firstly, it makes use of he dynamic simulation capabilities of PSSE software to obtain the information of voltage amplitude on power grid. Secondly, the information of signal energy for different period of time is calculated by different period signal energy spectrum based on signal energy law, thus, the weak node of voltage stability in power system is confirmed by constructing a new criterion named as signal energy aggregate index. Finally, the proposed method is effectively validated by the static voltage analysis of the Thevenin equivalent theory and operation mode data for the winter of 2010 in Shandong power grid, and it can provide a useful reference for the operation and planning for power grid.
