摘要
根据相关性模型理论,在故障模式影响分析的基础上,建立工程机械的故障-测试相关性矩阵;通过将相关性矩阵与信息熵理论结合,计算最大信息增益生成诊断树,即得到一组近似最优的诊断策略测试序列.通过在某型工程机械转向液压系统对该诊断策略生成方法的验证,该方法能有效生成近似最优的诊断策略.
Based on the relevance model theory and failure mode effect analysis, a fault-testing correlation matrix is established. With integration of correlation matrix and information entropy theory, the maximum information gain is calculated to generate a diagnosis tree, viz., a group of nearest-optimal testing sequences for diagnosis strategies is formed. By applying a specific hydraulic steering system to validate the diagnosis strategy generation methods, this approach can effectively generate the nearest-optimal diagnosis strategies.
