摘要
装载机输出功率呈明显的周期性急剧波动且能耗率较高,非常适合发展混合动力技术,与汽车相似,混合动力装载机也有多种结构形式,详细探讨了同轴并联混合动力装载机的控制策略.同轴并联混合动力装载机的载荷感知问题是控制策略的关键,比较了油门踏板载荷感知方案、变矩器转速比载荷感知方案和需求转矩在线估计方案,最终采用需求转矩在线估计方案感知装载机载荷,并按照该载荷感知方案制定了控制策略.利用Cruise软件搭建同轴并联混合动力装载机仿真平台,在MATLAB/Simulink环境下搭建控制策略模型,通过联合仿真验证了该控制策略的有效性,并获得了约11%的节油效果.
Due that a significant periodically-rapid fluctuation with high energy consumption is detected from loader output powers, the hybrid-powered technologies are demanding. Similar to the hybrid electric vehicles, the hybrid-powered loaders possess various structural forms. In this study, the control strategies are first investigated into coaxial and parallel hybrid-powered loaders with critical load-sensing. By compa- ring such load-sensing options as the accelerator pedal, torque converter speed ratio and online required torque estimation, and online required toque estimation is then selected to set the control strategy. By using CruiseTM software as a simulation platform, the control strategy model is finally constructed under MATLAB/SimulinkTM environment. Therefore, the feasibility of this control strategy is verified with an effect of 11% oil-saving.
