摘要
针对基于铂电阻的温度传感器在采集和传输的过程中出现的误差而引起的测量误差,提出了采用硬件和软件补偿双重校准方法的温度采集系统设计方案。实验证明:该系统的测温误差小于0.05℃,具有精度高、分辨率高和抗干扰能力强的优点,可应用于对温度测量精度要求较高的环境中。
Considering the fact that imperfection of platinum resistor-based temperature sensor can result in measurement error in data collection and transmission, a temperature acquisition system which boasting of hard- ware and software compensation calibration was proposed. Experimental results show that the high accuracy and resolution and strong anti-interference can make temperature error of this temperature acquisition system less than 0.05℃ ,and it can be applied to temperature measurement asking for high precision.
