摘要
镇村体系规划是城镇体系规划向农村地区的延伸。在城乡统筹发展的背景下,为城镇服务的公共设施、基础设施等需要以镇村体系为纽带向农村地区延伸,从而实现设施的集约、节约布局,达到城乡公共服务均等化的目的。从总体上看,我国镇村体系规划的理论研究与编制实践均取得了良好的效果,未来我国镇村体系规划还需进一步弱化镇村空间关系,细化村庄建设目标,突出产业类型和规模分布,关注农村居民的民生工程,进一步引导村庄的整合运行。
Town and village system planning is an extension of urban system planning towards countryside. Under urban rural integrate development background, public facilities and infrastructures shall extend toward countryside according to town and village system. It will help achieve compact and balanced urban rural public service development. Generally, town and village system planning has achieved good results both in theory and practice. Future town and village system planning shall abate town and village spatial relationship, clarify village development vision, highlight industrial types and scale, address projects concerning farmers＇ life, and promote villages integration.
