摘要
患者男,41岁。包皮疣状带蒂新生物4个月余。既往再生障碍性贫血史1年。实验室检查:Pt28×109/L,Hb90g/L。诊断:尖锐湿疣;再生障碍性贫血。治疗:结扎疣体基底蒂状结构。21d后疣体完全脱落,25d后完全愈合。随访1年无复发。脱落疣体组织病理示:慢性炎症伴鳞状上皮增生及灶区轻度非典型增生,可见"挖空细胞"。免疫组化示:HPV6/11(+),HPV16/18(-)。
A 41-year old male with aplastic anemia history of 1 year, suffered pedicled wart on the praeputium for more than 4 months. Laboratory examination： platelet account 28 × 10^9/L, haematoglobin 90g/L. Diagnosis： condyloma acuminatum, aplastic anemia. Therapy： We applied ligature to the patient. The wart body was removed completely after 21 days. The patient recovered very well in 25 days and the lesion did not recidivate in 1 year. Histopathology： chronic inflammation accompany with hyperplasia of squamous epithelium and mild atypical focal hyperplasia, koilocytosis could be seen. Immunohistoehemistry： HPV6/11 （ ＋ ）, HPV16/18 （ - ）.
