The influence of postmenopausal different times on the cardiac function.

摘要 目的:了解绝经后不同时间对心功能的影响。方法:采用超声多普勒诊断仪测定35例绝经妇女(绝经早期15例、绝经晚期20例)及24例育龄妇女的心脏血流动力学参数。结果:绝经晚期组反映心脏收缩功能、舒张功能及泵血功能的多项指标发生不利变化;绝经早期组多项有关指标的变化差异虽无显著性,但已显示出对心功能有不利影响的趋势。结论:绝经后低雌激素状态即能对心功能产生不利影响,随着绝经时间的延长,对心功能的不利影响将更加显著。 Objective:To investigate the influence of menopause o n the cardiac function in different times.Methods:The cardiac he modynamic parameters were measured by color Doppler echocardiography in 35 cases of postmenopausal and 24 cases of reproductive women.Results:There were bad changes in part of hemodynamic parameters of early postmenopau sal group and much worse changes in many hemodynamic parameters in late postmeno pausal group.Conclusions:The postmenopausal low estrogen status is disadvantageous to the cardiac function and the longer the menopansal time is ,the worse the influences will be.
