摘要
本文从建筑设计的角度,分析了其对于房地产开发项目中成本控制的重要性,并提出在建筑设计的各个阶段能够有效地进行成本控制的具体方法。
This paper from the point of view of architectural design, is discussed the importance of cost control in the real estate development project, and is put forward some practical methods to control the cost in each stage of architectural design effectively.
