尼莫地平对蛛网膜下腔出血后脑组织一氧化氮及内皮素含量的影响

Effects of Nimodipine on Nitric Oxide and Endothelin Levels in Brain Tissue in Rats with Subarachnoid Hemorrhage

摘要 目的探讨尼莫地平(ND)对蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后脑组织一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)含量的影响。方法将80只Wistar大鼠随机均分为单纯SAH组和ND处理组 ,分别检测术前及SAH后即刻、1h、6h和24h时脑组织NO及ET含量。结果SAH组脑组织NO和ET含量均自SAH后1h开始显著增加(P<0.05~0.01) ,ND组于SAH后脑组织NO及ET含量增加的程度较SAH组为小(P<0.05~0.01)。结论SAH后脑组织NO、ET含量增多参与了脑缺血损害过程 ,ND通过拮抗脑组织NO及ET的病理性改变而发挥脑保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of nimodipine on brain tissue nitric oxide and endothelin levels following subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH). Methods 80 healthy Wistar rats were divided randomly into pure SAH group and nimodipine-treated group.Nitric oxide and endothelin contents in brain tissue were detected before and immediately, 1h, 6h and 24h after induction of SAH. Result Both nitric oxide and endothelin levels in brain tissue increased from 1h to 24h after SAH respectively in pure SAH group (P<0.05~0.01), while the degree of increase of those in nimodipine treated group was statistically slighter compared with the former group(P<0.05~0.01). Conclusion The increase of nitric oxide and endothelin levels in brain tissue is involved in the development of ischemic brain damage after SAH, and nimodipine exerts its protective effects by antagonizing the pathological changes of nitric oxide and endothelin in brain tissue.
