经直肠超声在自发性及术后肛区疼痛中应用

摘要 目的评估经直肠超声检查在自发性及术后肛区疼痛的病因评估中的应用。方法我们对95例肛区疼痛患者的临床资料及经直肠超声检查结果进行了回顾性分析。结果 67例患者有会阴或盆腔手术史,肛裂切除术后,括约肌切开不完全是疼痛的主要原因(30/67)。28例患者无手术史,肛门内括约肌肥大为主要疼痛原因(16/28)。结论经直肠超声检查是一项安全、有效且易于接受的肛区疼痛的诊断方法。
