精液凝固蛋白在肾癌中的表达及其临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of semenogelin gene in renal cell carcinoma

摘要 目的探讨精液凝固蛋白(Sg)在肾癌患者癌旁组织及癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法收集具有明确病理诊断的20例肾癌组织及癌旁组织,应用qRT-PCR和Western blot方法检测Sg基因和蛋白水平的表达,并进一步研究了Sg与临床分期之间的相关性。结果肾癌组织标本中Sg mRNA的相对表达量为(0.71±0.48),明显低于癌旁组织中的(1.07±0.44)(P<0.05)。在Ⅲ/Ⅳ期癌组织中Sg mRNA的表达量为(0.40±0.19),明显低于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期癌组织的(0.92±0.51)(P<0.05);Sg蛋白表达亦表现出相同趋势。结论 Sg基因在肾癌中的异常表达与肾癌的发生发展关系密切。 Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of semenogelin(Sg) gene in renal cell carcinoma(RCC). Methods The expressions of Sg were detected by quantitative- PCR (qRT-PCR) and Western blot in 20 RCC samples and tumor-adjacent tissues, respectively. Results The expression of Sg mRNA in RCC tissues was 0. 71±0. 48,which was lower than 1.07±0.44 in tumor-adjacent tissues(P〈0. 05). The expression of Sg mRNA in stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ RCC tissues was lower than that in stage I-Ⅱ(0. 40±0. 19 vs. 0. 92±0. 51) (P〈0. 05). The expresion of Sg protein displayed the same tendency. Conclusion The abnormal expression of Sg in RCC may be closely related to the development and peogress of renal cell carcinoma.
