小切口内固定治疗踝关节骨折80例 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨闭合复位小切口内固定治疗踝关节骨折的方法和疗效。方法回顾性分析157例踝关节骨折行闭合复位小切口内固定(小切口组)80例与传统手术(对照组)77例。结果平均随访13.6个月(8～27个月),两组术后疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组术后并发症发生率与骨折愈合时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闭合复位小切口治疗踝关节骨折可获得解剖复位,也可以保护关节周围软组织血运,减少皮肤坏死、感染等并发症。
