摘要
目的应用超声心动图技术评价氨氯地平对原发性高血压左室肥厚(LVH)及心脏功能的干预作用。方法将120例原发性高血压LVH患者随机分为A、B两组,A组(n=60)予以氨氯地平治疗,B组(n=60)予以贝那普利治疗,疗程6个月。两组在入选前4~6周未服用降压药物,观察治疗过程中患者血压变化及药物不良反应,并且应用超声心动图测定治疗前后心脏形态及功能指标。结果与用药前比较,A、B两组患者治疗后左室质量指数均下降,E峰、E/A比值、左室射血分数(LVEF)均升高,A峰均降低(P<0.05);A组患者LVEF的改善程度优于B组(P<0.05)。结论氨氯地平具有较好的降压、逆转左室肥厚并且改善心脏功能的作用。
Objective To evaluate the effects of amlodipine on left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) and cardiac function assessed by echocardiography in patients with essential hypertension.Methods A total number of 120 hypertensive patients with LVH were randomly assigned to two regimens for 6 months: Group A(n=60) were treated with amlodipine,while Group B(n=60) with benazepril.Both groups had not taken any antihypertensive agents for at least 4~6 weeks.Blood pressures and adverse reaction during treatment were recorded.Echocardiography was applied to assess the morphological and functional changes of heart before and after 6-month treatment.Results Compared with those before treatment,the LVMI in both groups decreased significantly and the E peak,E/A ratio and LVEF increased significantly after treatment(P0.05).The LVEF in group A increased more notably than that in group B(P0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine can effectively lower blood pressures,reverse LVH and improve cardiac function.
