摘要
针对振动桩锤在工作过程中存在因地基土参数变化影响沉桩效率的问题,在研究振动沉桩理论及沉桩过程地质特性变化的基础上,设计一种新的参数在线自调整模糊控制器,实现对频率变化的在线调整.使桩锤在沉桩过程中有快速、精确地响应和很强的抗干扰能力,达到提高桩锤工作效率的目的.仿真与实验结果表明,利用这种模糊控制器比利用普通模糊控制器搜索近共振频率有着更好的控制效果.
Aiming to solve the problem of significant soil parameter changes influence the efficiency of Vibration, based on the research into the geological characteristics of ground soil, a new fuzzy controller is designed. Based on the on-line adjustment of changing in frequency, this controller has fast and accurate response and strong anti-interference ability for the pile hammer in the process of pile driving. The purpose of improving the working efficiency of the pile hammer is achieved . The simulation and the field test result indi- cate that this parameter self-adjusting fuzzy controller used in the research of the on-line identify the frequency of near-resonant vibration can achieve better result than ordinary fuzzy controller.
