摘要
目的 探讨腹腔镜Nissen胃底折叠术的预见性护理效果.方法 选择行腹腔镜Nissen胃底折叠术患者60例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予预见性护理,比较2组术后并发症的发生情况.结果 试验组术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组（χ2=5.406,P＜0.05）.结论 预见性护理可有效减少腹腔镜Nissen胃底折叠术后患者并发症的发生,提高护理质量.
Objective To investigate the effects and nursing experience of predictive nursing inthe patients with laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication. Methods Sixty patients who received laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication were included. All the patients were randomly divided into 2 groups： research group and control group. Patients in control group received routine nursing care, and patients in research group received predictive nursing. Incidence of complications was compared between the 2 groups. Results The incidence rate of complications was significantly lower in research group than that in control group （X2 = 5. 406,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The predictive nursing interventions could lower the incidence rate of complications in the patients with laparoscopic Nissen fundoplication and improve the basic nursing quality.
