摘要
实时数据库是气象信息部门针对预测预报及相关业务开发的重要数据服务系统,是确保从观测到预报业务流程按时高效完成的重要基础性数据支撑环境。提出气象实时数据库业务监控系统的通用设计开发原则和设计架构,并针对服务监控的特点,分析架构的优势和可扩展性。基于服务监控架构开发了气象实时数据库监控系统RDBCat,系统综合考虑实时数据库系统的设计与功能、性能特点,对入库情况、关键进程运行状态、商用关系数据库系统故障信息、入库流程、系统资源、数据质量监测等实时运行状态的展示,并提供各省入库详情的查询。目前,系统投入业务稳定运行至今,尤其在奥运会、国庆五十周年、亚运会等重大活动服务保障方面,取得良好业务保障效果。
Real-time database is an important database service system for weather forecasting and relevant operational application development. It also plays a key role as a data support environment in the weather information service process, which is foundation to ensure timely and efficient operation from the observed forecast to the end user. In this paper, a framework and some developing principles of monitoring system for real-time meteorological database are proposed. Additionally, it analyzes the advantages and high scalability of this architecture. Based on service monitor- ing and control (SMC) framework, a service-based meteorological real-time database monitoring application named RDBCat has been developed and deployed in National Meteorological Information Centre (NMIC). In res.9onse to the requirements for function and performance in real-time database service, the display of many real-time op^erating sta- tuses is provided, such as the storage situation, the key process run on commercial relational deJtabase system, the fault information, the data pre-process, the system resources, data quality, and the details data storage of the every province. At present, RDBCat has been stable operation for daily service support up to now. In particular, it sup- ports good service in the Olympics, the Asian Games and other major events.
